Answers to Common Cloud Questions

Yes, you can. But whatever AWS resources you provision, you have to pay for it. Plus you need a team with knowledge of AWS and Kubernetes to manage this.

We build this infrastructure and use the concept of Multi-Tenant PaaS (Platform as a Service). The Kubernetes cluster is shared with other users. Your containers (pods) run on your dedicated namespace. You only pay for the number of pods you deploy.

The cost of the pods include all the underlying AWS services that are provisioned. This saves your organization a huge amount of money.

Yes. Kubernetes requires all the applications to be containerized before deploying them on the cluster.

There is a one-time fee for deploying on our infrastructure. Then it’s a monthly subscription model, where you pay ONLY for the number of pods that are deployed. This reduces your costs drastically.

If your applications are not already containerized, we will containerize them for you, at a small cost. Once containerized, WE will deploy it on our Kubernetes cluster and manage the cluster, to ensure the smooth functioning of your application

This is our USP. You don’t need to know anything about Cloud Native technology. It doesn’t even matter if you have limited IT knowledge. We take care of everything for you. All you have to do is to share the WORKING application with us, and in the background we take care of everything for you.

You can relax, while we do all the cloud heavy lifting for you !!!

Your application is converted to containers. These containers (pods) are then deployed on the Kubernetes cluster. The pods are exposed through the AWS CloudFront from where you can connect to your application.

Yes. However, you cannot log in and directly access the Kubernetes cluster. You can send an email to our Support Center, info@avangelstech.com, and we will increase or decrease the number of pod deployments, based on your request.

As our valuable and esteemed customer, we take care of everything in the background for deploying your application on the cloud. YOU just provide us with a working application.

Yes, you can host any website (Business, Blog, eCommerce, etc) with the databases on our platform.

WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, and any other CMS can be hosted on our platform.

Our website is designed using WordPress and is hosted on our platform !!!

Yes, databases are also hosted on our website. We have deployed MySQL/Maria, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis.

Our Kubernetes cluster is deployed on a multi-master cluster setup, with the nodes on different AWS availability zones configured in Auto scaling groups. Our cluster runs 24×7 365.

Our “Diamond” plan is integrated with a built-in CI/CD pipeline. We use Jenkins for the CI/CD integration.

If you subscribe to our “Gold” or “Diamond” plans, you get access to the staging servers.

If you subscribe to our “Gold” or “Diamond” plans, you get access to our staging servers. Staging servers are very useful to test your newly developed application, before deploying them in the production system.

Currently, all our deployments are on Amazon Web Service (AWS) cloud.

Your applications run 24×7 on the Kubernetes cluster. If for any reason you wish to discontinue your deployment, you can send us an email and we will stop your applications.

To maintain a high level of security, we do not permit our customers from logging into the servers where the Kubernetes cluster is deployed. Only our cloud system admins have access to these systems.

If there is any problem with your application, please send an email to our support team.

We constantly monitor our Kubernetes cluster. If there is any infrastructure issue, we will resolve it at the earliest.

If there is an application problem, then the customer is responsible for it. We will help in any possible way we can to try to resolve the problem.

Any problem with the application has to be taken care of by the customer. We will resolve any underlying infrastructure issues.

There is a fee that is paid at the time of deployment. Then you pay a monthly amount based on the size and the number of pods that are deployed for your application.

The size of the pods depends on the server vCPU and RAM that the pods consume. We will let you know the monthly cost, once we know the pods that have to be deployed for you.

You pay in advance for the number of pods that you deploy.

There is NO lock-in period. You can discontinue at any time. You can send an email to the support team informing them about your desire to discontinue.

But once you have paid in advance for the month, you can continue to use our services until the end of the month.

There is no specific duration for which you need to deploy on our platform.

As there is NO lock-in period, you can discontinue using our services at any time. You can send an email to the support team informing them about your desire to discontinue.

No. Our CI/CD is integrated with GitHub and AWS code commit. You can upload your compiled code to any of the above sites.

We only need your compiled application, which will be containerized and deployed on our cluster.

YES, our infrastructure is integrated with both GitHub and Dockerhub.
